How do I restore the lifetime unlock?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple account or Google account that you used to buy the unlock.
Why does the lock screen not show my timer?
On iPhone, turn on Live Activities for Hourpie in the Settings app. On Android, allow notifications for Hourpie. The countdown then shows while a timer runs.
I did not hear the alert when time ran out.
Check that notifications for Hourpie are on, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb allows them. The alert uses your notification volume.
How do I change my ad consent choice?
Open Settings in the app and tap Change your ad consent. The option shows in regions where a consent choice is required.
How do I delete my data?
All Hourpie data is on your device. Delete the app to delete the data. There is no account to close.
